Hardware Walmart Display Unit - How do I get this to work?

I purchased a truck load of soundbars and it came with two display Switches in demo mode. How do I get this to work as a normal Switch? Am I better to sell as is? Please advise.

you know that kiosk units sell for alot after the console is out of the stores? I would hang on to those if i was you.

Stolen? Walmart does not usually sell display units used to work in electronics

I purchased a 31 pallet truck load. I used to sell forklifts and one of my customers works with Walmart and Sam's Club. They sell all the items that are replaced every 2-3 years. Anything from pallet jacks, roto chicken ovens to battery displays.
