Hacking WAD manager install using Wiiload

How can I install the WAD manager using WiiLoad.

I have tried to send the WAD manager to the wii using sendELF or WIILoad but it doesnt seem to work
(Im using wifi and the window just crashes), and wondered whether what I was trying to do is possible ?

I have also heard that mega man 9 can only be run on 3.2E anyway so should I just downgrade first ?

um.....you can RUN wad manager that way....you can't install it....and you would still need a "wad" folder in the sd card root.....so I would think you'd want to just put wad manager on there and run it via TP Hack or HBC...
