if you mean how do you make your own banner than get an existing homebrew wad and one of the many wad unpackers, unpack your wad, unpack 00000000.app with u8tool and edit the tpl files with gally's tpl editor

if you mean how do you inject .dol files into channels then get an existing homebrew wad and use injectuwad to inject the dol into the wad
