vWii themes?

Hey, I’m trying to use csm-installer to get custom themes, but since the Wii NUS is down, it keeps failing to get the .app. Can anyone help? I do know about Wii Themer but I wanna get the RiiConnect24 themes working. NUSD-vWii is **not** updated to the Wii U cdn.
