Hello guys!

I discovered that i have VSH menu on my bought PS3 few days ago.
After few days i figured some stuff out and some i'm still figuring.

I know for example that i can go to webMAN settings to set fan control in order to maintain properly cooled unit.

Anyway, as i said, i discovered VSH by pressing "select" and holding accidentally.

I noticed "2: Fan (+)" selection, and when i press left or right i get "Fan (-)", "Fan Mode", "System Info".
I tried pressing + option thinking it will speed up a fan by 1% or 10% whatever, but nothing happened till 6 sec.
than fan got really fast and i kept pressing - and it was silenced, but it cooled my cpu really fast and good
although now i have really expensive room heater in my house, good for winter though!

Anyway, i wrote here if someone can in details explain me how and what exactly these options do, and also other options in HSV menu.
I also think it will help other wondering the same; It would be useful anyway :)

Thanks!

On the official webMan Github it's said that all documentation is on PSX-Place, the info you're searching for is probably there

Yeah the guy who made Webman posts there also, his name is aldostools.

thanks, ill check it out.

edit: well i did found this https://www.psx-place.com/threads/webman-vsh-menu.3161/
but it does not explayn vsh options or anything specific

You're better off just making an account there and asking on psx-place because the creator of webman is there. That site is better for PS3 than gbatemp, gbatemp is good for Nintendo stuff mostly.

I always had trouble with webman myself so I use sman and I like it better it's like webman light.
