Most of the codes gotten from Speedfly and r0ah's database are universal so they should work with any region. I'm currently working on Disgaea 3 as I play with plans on D4 at some point if no one has bothered by then but I doubt I'll get to D4 any time soon as these games have a lot of content and I'm probably going to be burned out of Disgaea games by the time I get done(If I could ever find a floor mod, that would shave off a ton of time for me).

Codes for Vita are not easy to make, and those that are actively making codes are learning as they go, and they put a lot of effort into proving what codes they can, free of charge. No one in this forum, nor anywhere else is obligated to help you, especially considering the fact that if you had done a simple Google search for God of War's gameID, you would have found the codes yourself long before feeling the need to come here and act like an @$$hat.
Also, acting like an entitled little sh*thead does nothing but guarantee that only the very nicest people here will be willing to help you (like @Smoker1), and even they will eventually get sick of people like you.
And if you don't like it, learn how to make your own friggin codes and/or don't come back.

$0200 81939C84 00000918Not really sure since I haven't played D4 yet and I'm not that experienced with any code the requires more than 1-2 lines but it looks like that Item Data Collection thing. You know those NPC's that list you all the items and equipment you've collected from common, rare, to legend? It looks like a code the unlocks that list and since there's a lot of items in the Disgaea games, the code is going to be that long, that or someone just didn't do a good job at compressing it.
PKGj is NoNpDRM, so you are OK on it. But if you have the VPK, then you should be ok, with more Codes.
For the floor mod, it should be one less. So if you're on floor 6, search for 5.

$0100 831FCC6C 0000270FGlad I could help. The Disgaea games, Cladun games, and ZHP: Unlosing Ranger vs Darkdeath Evilman for PSP are the same way, so I figured it'd be worth a shot.
Try connecting your Vita to the PC via USB, then, in the root directory, search for the game ID. Delete all results (except the .PSV), and you should be able to reinstall the game and have it work. Same thing happened to me previously, and that's how I fixed it.
