Hacking Vita shell and molecular erased

Hey everyone, I'm ashamed to write this but yesterday trying to configure my sd2card I "backed up" my vita card's content on to my PC, but instead of copying everything I just cut-pasted everything from there to the PC. Now, my vitamins is on 3.60, I still have the Enzo and henkaku exploits, but now since I can't use molecular or vitashell I can't recover any games or reinstall anything... What can I do? Besides cry over spilled milk, I need some guidance please.

if u have gamesd.skprx in your ur0 partition and listed under kernel in the config.txt in ur0, the system will rebuild the database from the micro sd card.
