Hacking VITA 3.57

I'm really sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've heard that it's possible to hack vitas at 3.60, but does any firmware below that works?
I have a one with 3.57 available and I'm wondering if it will work.

Also, can anyone point me a very simple tutorial or video that shows exactly how to hack it?
I need something VERY simple, to explain af if I was a retarded 5 year old.

Basically, you can't hack below nor above 3.60, only 3.60 support HENKAKU.

So you need to update to 3.60 manually.
