Video walkthroughs are so... so... horrible.

Seems that 99% of youtubers can't distinguish between a walkthrough and a playthrough, so let me tell you.

A Walkthrough is where you go to quickly find a solution after being stuck for hours.

A playthrough has you watching someone else get stuck for hours - or even miss very important steps, including the ones where you are only watching the video for in the first place!

Goddamn it, I just want to find that missing Tungsten piece for Peridot so I can leave Ruined Ruins.

Okay...

I agree (though it doesn't bother me much...whenever I need a missing piece, I just skip ahead to where the solution is given. Whether the actual video is concise or lengthy isn't much of a concern to me).

...but I doubt that these 99% of youtubers will read this thead.
