Just wondering, is there a program which streams videos from a computer (coverted on the fly?) into a DS?

Sorry, DS isn't powerful enough to stream live video. If you want to watch one, you need to download, encode and load it onto a flashcart.

Closest thing to video streaming is the one in DS2WIN. It requires frameskip to get up to a decent speed, and there's no sound. Not really worth it at all.
