Hardware Video settings reset whenever I switch graphics cards

Don't know exactly how to phrase it but my laptop has an integrated graphics card and a dedicated one.
Intel HD 4600 and Nvidia GeForce GT 750m. (Both updated to latest drivers)
It's only Left 4 Dead 2 that resets to default video settings whenever I switch between graphic cards. (I mainly use integrated on L4D2 and switch when playing BL2).

Looking through the NVIDIA control panel didn't seem to find any clues. Any help?

some of the older source engine games do that, it's annoying but not really fixable without setting your GFX settings in the autoexec.
