Hardware Video Card Question

A local computer shop is having a Black Friday sale and they have a Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB GDDR5 for $229.99. Anyone know how well Zotac's video cards perform. Most reviews I find online are for the amp edition of the card.

Zotac don't make the graphics cards, they just take the basic model and tweak it with custom cooling. Some companies like MSI also tweak the power phasing design and the VRAM caps to make it more stable at higher overclocks.

There's generally little difference between brands, so just go for the one with the best reviews. Model number is more important anyway.

Thanks dude. The Pi, helped me with this issue in the shoutbox earlier. Apparently the cooling on this card isn't as good as Asus or Gigabyte.

If it helps, I have a Zotac 450 GTS and it's sweet. Not the greatest, but I would recommend Zotac.
