ROM Hack Question Vesperia DE Costume mods/restores

Hello all, very new here, and not very knowlagable on modding, but was wondering for tales of Vesperia is there an easy mod where i can just get all the costumes. And specifically one locked away costume that was in the ps3 version, Estelles princess dress you get when you equipt the "mysterious maiden" title. I want all costumes, but most of all really just want THAT specific costume so i can resume the rest of my game. I havent modded ever before. And i just want to know if there is a quick and easy way to get this done. PLEASE and thanks to anyone that is willing to help❤

Costums can be unlocked with DLC.

Just Install DLC "Costume Pack" and this costume should be in your inventory as Extra Items to unpack.

Well this costume is certainly not in the dlc pack. Ive just double checked to make sure. This was an unused costume in the ps3 and xbox version they later updated and added on the ps3 version but that is it. I seen them mod/restore the costume but it was on the steam version. So that is why i was asking. :/

If it's a part of game, you need to edit save to unlock it. There is no need to modify game files.

Well second looking it they said it was a restore. Or "cheat engine table" but it was on a steam website. And like i said i suck at doing stuff like that. Is it easy?
