Homebrew Very weird problem using shuny's converter

hello again, I have stumbled upon a very weird problem using Shuny's converter for the .SAV to .DUC conversion. Apparently when I start the game on the original cart, then transfer the save on my m3 simply, progress a bit more, then transfer back the newly saved game, it does not work. can someone please have a look and verify this? I have included some saves as well so if anyone has access to those games (Eu versions sorry) you can try them as well
