Homebrew VBAGX 2.01 nunchuck problem

I just installed the vbagx as a channel, and I wanted to test out the Match Wii control setups.

Whenever I have the Wii remote + nunchuck combo, the analog stick on the nunchuck never works. With or without Match wii controls.

When i try to change controls, the analog does not respond when changing up down left or right.

Is it supposed to be like this? or is something wrong with the channel I installed?

I've just installed the new vbagx 2.02 and the problem is still the same... Is anyone else experiencing this? or know what I'm doing wrong? The nunchuck works fine so I don't think it has anything to do with that.
