Gaming UT3 mods and Steam

Really simple question: I'm trying to run SnowReal, Noontide, and that one 2D mod to work in steam. Can anyone get these to work in steam and if you can, tell me how? I put them in the CookedPC folder and now what? How do I run them? Thanks if you can help!
