Hacking using tinfoil offline

can I use tinfoil and homebrew without any ban if im always offline?
And if I play my backup back and remove the homebrew/CFW shit can i use the online service again?

The only way to SAFELY use online after running CFW is to restore a clean NAND backup. So if you haven't ran any CFW yet i suggest you make a clean NAND backup. Otherwise, staying offline(Airplane mode alone wont help much, look up 90DNS and Creport to help out further) is the way to go

Pretty much, as long as you don't go online under any circumstances without restoring a clean NAND backup, your chances of being banned are pretty slim
