PS1/2 Using my memory card with psx emulator

I don't know why, but lately, I've been playing Digimon World 3 and was thinking about using an emulator (I have PSXfin if that matters). Is there any way to use the save I have on my memory card on an emulator? I don't really want to start over

Got a PS2 with ULaunchElf? That can copy saves from a PS1 memory card as a RAW file. This can then be converted to a standard emulator save file.
