Hacking Using IronHax, getting 005 Error Code in eShop

I just installed IronHax via TubeHax and I've bought Pokemon and needs and Update but the eShop gives me "Error Code 005" does someone knows what causes it? Am I banned?

Did you set the DNS settings back to normal ?
You can't access Nintendo' servers with the TubeHax DNS
