I understand that Geckos and Ocarina used the gct to enable cheats for games. But are there other programs that simply enable it? Simply because, both Gecko and Ocarina dont detectmy backup disc, while I can still boot the disc with Neogamma.
Can anybody help me with this matter?

The You are Stupid message/error comes from turning on orcarina or debugger. The code that generates the error also looks for hooks selected, whatever that means. You need to select a hook for ocarina or debugger or disable them.

You should read the readme file that comes with NeoGamma.
