Hacking Usbloader GX Animal Crossing Wii Problem

i was trying import my animal crossing city folk cd as a wbfs backup and when i try play it goes black screen and nothing happen. the folder also right i checked my hardrive and there was a wbfs folder in it with ACCF's Wbfs file with it

Did you ever used an USBLoader before?
If yes, did games work?
If no, did you install any cIOS in your console to allow playing Wii games from USB? If yes, which ones?

yes i have use it before, seems odd as well for when im backing off ACCF on CD it Won't Work but Downloading it off Internet For ACCF seems work for it. im also useing one of recent USB Loader GX as well, should i try create my wbfs into iso and then recreate it as wbfs see if that works? im hoping im not doing anything wrong i fallow steps on here and youtube tutorials as well,

No, you don't need to convert the wbfs to iso to wbfs again.
dumping the disc should work on the first try.
Maybe the dumping process didn't end correctly and your ISO is corrupted.
Did you try to dump it another time?

Try the setting video mode "Force NTSC" or "Force NTSC 480p".
