Hey I have been trying to get this to work for almost 3 weeks now, and still no luck. I've almost given up on getting this Wii to work.

    I followed this guide:

    http://gbatemp.net/threads/modify-any-wii-4-3-below.171901/

Everything in there worked. I have HBC installed and running, and I even got a bunch of WADs installed, so I have VC games working.

However, I cannot for the life of me get the USB loaders to work. I want to be able to load Wii and GC game backups. I have ISO files, and a few .WBFS files. I have an 8GB flash drive, formatted as FAT32, as a test device. Everything up to USB loading has worked with this drive.

Part of my problem is that my ISO files are too large to fit on a FAT32 partition. I have not figured out how to split them up yet. I tried to get ahold of WiiScrubber from the link at the bottom of this page:
    http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/WiiScrubber
However, Chrome freaks out about potential malware from that website and won't let me continue.

Anyway, I put a small WBFS file & GC game ISO (Red Steel 2 & Mario Party 7) on the USB drive, plug it in, load HBC, load USBLoader GX (v3.0 r1180) OR Configurable USB Loader (v70) OR Nintendont (v1.111). None of them work. For the first two, I do not see the .WBFS file on the USB drive. For the latter, the program gets stuck at "Searching for F5..." and freezes.

I have tried re-arranging the game files' directories. For example, Mario Party 7 is located in /games/Mario Party 7/game.iso, and I did the same with the Red Steel.wbfs, also tried putting Red Steel in /wbfs/Red Steel/game.iso, or just putting it on the root of the drive, neither worked.

I am not sure what to do next, or what is going wrong. Any tips?

    Thanks.

In order to load gc games, you need a program called dios mios. You have to install dios mios, and then patch your mios file in order for it to work. As for your problem with usb-loader gx, make sure that the correct partition is selected under your drive settings. It should automatically load the folder you have marked "wbfs". Make sure that your drive is connected to port 0 as well (left hand side if you are looking at the wii sitting staight up). Using a program called WiiBackupManager to back up your wii games will fix the problem of splitting up games over 4gb. Your game directory should go:

    Dios Mios (lite) SD:/games/title_[ID]/game.iso

It should be noted that the folder "title_[ID]" doesn't HAVE to be named any particular way, but your Wii will have an easier time finding it if it is named using the format above.

    Dios Mios HDD:/games/title_[ID]/game.iso
Wii games in .wbfs format HDD:/wbfs/title_[ID]/[ID].wbfs

WiiBackupManager will take care of correctly naming the folder and game for you. WiiBackupManager only works with wii games (I'm sure you could have guess that though). Make sure these directories match up with your backup loader's, and you should be good to go my friend!

Alright, I got the WiiBackupManager downloaded and set it up with a new 32GB NTFS flash drive. I transfered some ISO and WBFS files over to the flash drive with it. Plugged in the drive, and it seemed to be recognized by both CFG USB Loader, and by USB Loader GX. However, I could not see any of the games. I don't know what could be wrong with this thing.
