Hacking USB loaders blackscreen/freezing issues when loading a game

hello guys, i cant seem to get any usb loader to work (cfg loader, usb loader gx,etc.) whenever i try to boot a game i get a blackscreen/ freezing error. I have a 4.3 US wii softmoded via letterbomb running on IOS 58 (rev 6176), the homebrew channel is on the latest update and my usb doesnt seems to be the issue (can load emulators and stuff) my ios and cios seems to be in order (i think) so here is my syscheck:
any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Are you loading using ios 249 on your USB Loaders?

Maybe you should try d2x v10.

yes, tried cfg loader on 222.mload but i couldnt get it to read my usb for some reason.

If it still doesn't work, try resetting USB Loader GX to default settings.

do you have sneek or uneek? It might also be interfering.

Also, if you go to credits in USB Loader GX it should list the important cIOSes you have installed; 249 in top right corner, and mios in top left corner.

dont worry, i dont have it installed.
im going to try everything you said, if it still gives me errors i guess ill have to delete and reinstall everything.
this sh*t is driving me nuts man

Get ModMii and use the sysCheck updater to update your Wii's IOS's, and which game are you trying to load a few games need a different IOS for them to load and play properly. Update USB Loader GX, r1226 should be the latest you can get from using the update option.
