Hacking usb loader with hook type??

so im playing my backups on the wii 4.2E with an external NTFS HDD with a wbfs folder to store my wbfs backups. I notice that some cheats wont work and will need a certain hooktype to work like ossleepthread. my current two usb loaders (GX & CFG) dont have this. I saw that gecko os can do this but will need me to use burned discs which i cant do because I have the new black wii with the new disc drive. Also I saw neogamma that can load from the usb, but only supports WBFS partitions. I dont want to partition my hard drive, so is there anyway round this or a usb loader that can let me?

the latest rev of CFG supports hooktypes and i think the latest GX does aswell, you must be using old versions of the loaders or simply not changing the hooktype used
