Hacking USB Loader Question

I dunno what I've done, but now Zelda TP & Game Party doesnt work. (I bet there's others)
The last thing I did was re-installing Cios USB. Should I reinstall it again?
What am I doing wrong. Everything was working before.
Any help appreciated

From the USB loader v1.1
I've also tried v1.0 and loading from a channel.
