Hacking USB Loader hdd question

Hi all hoping someone knows the answer to this
Ive got a few old internal harddrives upstairs and was wondering if i used a universal hard drive Adapter

would this work

Should work, but the usb loader doesn't support every type of adapter, so unless someone has tested that exact one, there is a chance it is not supported.

diddy81, I have no idea if that device would work or not but if you do decide to buy it you need to be aware of something. If you plan on using a 3.5inch desktop size drive (as in the same size ones inside your PC) then it will need to have the power adaptor (comes with that device) plugged into the wall for power. 2.5inch notebook ones should be able to get enough power via the USB cable but the 3.5inch is definite no and will for sure need the power adaptor. Something to think about if you don't happen to have a spare wall socket near your Wii.

wall sockets definitely not a prob got about 2 spare just didn't want to fork out if it does not work
