Hacking USB Loader GX still not working

Whenever I load my game I get a black screen.
Here is what I've installed
USB Loader GX
D2X Custom IOS Installer
IOS 236
cIOS 249 base 56 v10 beta53-alt (65535 revision)
cIOS 250 base 57 v10 beta52 (65535 revision)
My usb is FAT32
Inside my USB is

What version of USB Loader GX are you using? Don't say latest or V3.0. When you boot up the loader, in the lower left corner of the splash screen you should the revision number (i.e. r1260). If you don't see it there, look in settings (the gear icon) in the About section (I think that's what it's called. I'm not in front of my Wii right now). Actually, if you can, take a picture of that about page and upload it like you did your other pictures.

How did you install your game? Did you rip it from the game disc using USB Loader GX or did you copy it onto your USB from your computer?

I hate how it still doesn't read the SD card's wbfs folder... It's the ONE feature that would have me go back to using it again, I've been stuck with CFG Loader forever now.
