Hacking USB Loader GX not loading game covers

I'm having trouble with getting game covers for my Gamecube and Wii games. Anytime I go to download them, it pops up a window that says 'Initializing Network' and it stays stuck on that and doesn't do anything else, even after waiting a good 5 to 10 minutes for it. What should I do?
