Hacking Usb loader GX as a channel?

How do i make USB Loader GX a channel? The link in the official USB lloader GX thread is down and easy installer wont work. Help?

grab customize mii, load up an older usb loader gx wad, then replace the dol with the newest rev of usb loader gx


or u can just grab a usb loader gx forwarder channel, its much easier to update and there are many available for download
