Hacking USB Loader Dumper

When I tried to dump Super Mario Galaxy today with on to my 2GB sd card (via a card reader via usb) it wouldn't fit, stopped half-way through, and it showed up as a blank file when it asked which game to boot.

So is there a way to use wanin's usb loader and dump a game in parts and put them together later like the Wii disc dumper by nitrotux?

The reason I ask is because nitrotux's is slow, unscrubbed, and can't recognize many of my sd cards.

Well I used to use wiihttp but that took 6+ hours. I'm not really looking for an alternative but I'm wondering if wanin's usb loader has the functionality to dump in parts.
