Hacking USB loader differences

Hi all.

I'm trying to understand why one usb loader will work on certain games, and not on others.

For example, i have a UK wii. Peppa Pig UK region.

It will load from USB hard drive using:

neogamma r8 beta15, using ios249rev14 and default game settings (all patches off)

BUT USB Loader gx (rev 860) will NOT boot the game using ios 249.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why?

the default settings for each loader are different. just just starting neogamma and playing the game uses different video settings and stuff than if you just start GX and play the game.

Cheers for the reply. Hopefully get some time later to try and get the usb loader gx (which i absolutely love b.t.w) setup to emulate the same settings that neogamma uses... then no more kids moaning at me about peppa pig not working!

Cfg USB Loader now has a fix for Peppa Pig, works perfectly!
