Hacking USB installed games saves keep disappearing

This has happened to me before my saves on most of my Wii U games are just gone. It's wanting me to start a brand new game.

A few of them are still there I don't get it.

I had them backed them up but they didn't work on SaveMii. Luckily i still had most of them from my loadiine days (yeah, it's been awhile since I've played some of these games, still want to have the saves though) and the importing saves from loadiine worked.

But I had to do this before, and I bet I'll have to do it again. Why?
