Hardware USB-C to HDMI adapter for switch?

Planning to buy an adapter to replace the large dock.
Saw this on ebay. Will it work? There's few similar adapter claim that it would work for switch but haven't had any luck finding proof online.

I too, make false claims to push cheap products on the internet. Not sure why you would want to replace the dock, and this probably won't support the full 3 AMP power that the Switch needs to charge, which is a second use for the dock. There's actually no mention of it's power specifications at all in the description.

I got one from aliexpress that looks similar and it does work. I can upload a video proof if you would like to. The adapter from aliexpress cost something around 23 USD. It does not work if you dont have the power source connected to the cable and you need to connect it in order to get it work, that means you need to connect first the power source before connecting the cable to the nintendo switch or it will cause unexpected behaviours on the nintendo switch, if you connect it in order it will work flawlessly.
