A friend of mine is having problems with her computer. Basically she was putting videos from her camera onto her computer and for some reason put them into the "My Pictures" folder. Now every time she tries to access the folder it comes up with an error and the "send error report" message D:

Sounds like a corrupted file to me. Go in using DOS and move the file(s) somewhere else. If you can then go into the folder without crashing, one of those files that you moved is corrupted.

EDIT (Explaining Myself): If it IS a corrupted file, windows is probably trying to load a preview thumbnail of said file. That's why you would probably be able to get in there using DOS

If it IS a corrupted file, I hope she has the original still on her camera!

PS: I know that link I posted said to delete the files, but I mentioned to only move the files. The file might not be corrupted at all so don't go deleting it unless you can narrow it down to which file is crashing windows.
