Hello everyone,

Allow me to get straight to the point:
Currently on Rebug 4.46.1 LITE (CEX)
QA flag is enabled.

I want to upgrade because netflix requires at least firmware 4.70.
I don't care about having the latest version. That said, I feel like REBUG 4.84.1 LITE may be the best option for me (I do not care about DEX for now). However, if an older version is more stable I wouldn't mind upgrading to that.

1. Which firmware should I upgrade to?
2. Is the upgrade straightforward, i.e. no intermediate downgrades/upgrades?
3. I suppose that the upgrade will keep my HDD intact, i.e. games/themes. Is that correct?
4. Do REX firmwares have any clutter on the GUI, or is it like my current LITE version where you can just uninstall the Rebug Toolbox and have a 'clean' look?
5. Anything I am overlooking?

Thank you for your time!

You should just be able to install rebug over the top. I have run both REX and Lite versions and I thought they looked pretty much the same, although I did fiddle with some settings in toolbox.

Ok to answer my own questions:

1. Upgraded to REBUG 4.82.2 LITE (because that is the latest version that "official" Multiman supports)
2. Upgrade was straightforward (thanx smf)
3. No games/themes/data is lost in the upgrade.
4. No idea - I went for LITE again

Out of curiosity, why didn’t you upgrade to 4.84.2? Multiman works fine on it.
