Hacking updating new firmware?

I have updated multiple ak with the 1.4 update for dsi. They all worked fine with no problem. But i recently started using the new 4.21 firmware from acekard and now when i try to update to 1.4 for the dsi it just sits at 0 percent. Was wondering if there is a new update for the new firmware or what the deal is any help would be much apreciated. Thanks in advance
