there's a bug with orbisman when trying to dump stuff. it gets on an invisible location, and I think it said something like "starting dex mode." I redumped my stuff while skipping it in case it screwed something up. that's only for 4.55 and 5.05 afaik.

Fortunately I had nothing because I had to reinstall 6.72

if you mean an app to get into debug settings, iirc, I think orbis toolbox can do this. it saves a config file for what you enable if you want it to. however, be warned, it's extremely unstable. last I checked, it was still in alpha stages.
