Hi, I updated my Switch from 3.0.1 to 6.2.0 and it won't read Super Mario Odyssey game card. I've tried with and without kip1patch=nogc in the hekate INI file. As I understand it, the nogc option disables the game card slot just in case the game card has an update right?

Is this expected behavior?

Thanks.

Intended behavior, also when you booted without the patch you most likely updated your cart slot controller firmware, rendering it useless on lower firmware, for now.

Ah ok, thanks for the information. It's hard to track all the changes going on between the different pieces of software and how they interact with one another.

Thanks for the response. I downgraded back to 3.0.2 and my cart slot still works. I'll consider myself fortunate.
I read the first comment and then this, what can I say:

ITS REWIND TIME

Seriously, I confused for a little while. Good to know you did.

Today i have updated my Switch via ChoidujourNX (running Atmosphere CFW).
From 8.1.0 to 9.0.1 and after the update the Gamecard reader won't work...
Everybody can help me?

Okay, i figured out i can fix it with editing BCT.ini file.
Another question:
If i disable AuoRCM and my fuses burns to 9.0.1 then will this error fixed?
