Hacking Unreadable Discs since 3.3 Update

Since I updated to 3.3 EU I have recently been having lots of trouble running my back-ups.

SSBB which used to work fine on my verbatim DVD+R discs will no longer load and neither will
Star wars unleashed nor wario shake it.

They will all start up and some will show the intro movies but after that I will just get "unable to read disc, please
refer to techincal manual" or similar message.

Has the new update caused problems ? If so is it possible to downgrade to a previous firmware ?

My discs are all unscratched burnt on Verbatim discs and I am running the D2CKey.

You can downgrade using Waninkoko's cIOS downgrader. Look on this forum for it.

Try loading it through Gecko OS. Google it if you don't know what it is.

Are you sure they all are not "Trucha Signed" ...? If YES,Try Gecko OS...

I don't know if the games are trucha signed; if they were would this be the type of problem I would get (they would load but often get the unreadable disc error message).

Gecko OS as far as I understand allows you to play games from different regions; these games worked before the update and are my region so Gecko OS would not show any benefits or are there other benefits?

Gecko OS will load Trucha Signed discs. Give it a go.
