Homebrew Unlinking an NNID from a bricked 3DS

So i recently bought a New 3DS and wanted to link my NNID (ThaBawzon3DSXL) to the system, however, it said the NNID was already linked to my older system (a 3DSXL smash bundle), you may just answer with: "just use system transfer, ya dummy!" but there is just one TINY problem: my 3DS XL is Bricked. The power light goes on but thr screens jut are completely black. Anyone know a sulotion to this?

Ask nintendo to do this ("hello, my 3ds is out of service, can you unlink it please?").

The guy was very nice and helpful. I just told him I need to unlink a NNID from a broken 3DS. If they ask how it was broken just say you dropped it and broke the screen.
Then they'll ask some questions about your account (purchases, cards used, etc.) then he said wait and you'll get an email that you can link it to another console (took me about 2 hours to get the email)
Link your NNID and redownload your games onto the new system (You will lose your saves though) and you should be good to go.
