Hacking Unknown invisible Channel

Using the wii's data management - I seem to have an unknown invisible Channel that takes up 20 blocks and is called ???

Any idea if this is safe to delete?

I do have my wii set so that I can move the Disc channel about. Is it anything to do with that?

I'd like to know if it's safe to delete it, if I don't need it.
