Universal RGB to Ypbpr PCB Board Component Identification

Hello all! I am trying to build this thing for my RGB systems.

From the description and the PCB I've figured out all the needed parts except this one marked in red.



Can anyone help me identify what the heck that is?

That's the standard symbol for a diode.
What specifically I couldn't tell you, but in your shoes I'd pop a cheap LED in there. What's the worst that could happen?

The Diode part I knew that much but I finally found a post that seems to point to the correct diode type here.
