Hacking U-Disk manager problem.

I have searched online for a while now. Nobody seems to have this problem...
When I open up U-Disk it prompts me to choose U-Disk Drive.
I click on the Flash Disk Drive (H:/).
Press OK.
Then I get an error and the program shuts down.

I am running Windows 2000. Are their drivers I am not aware of? I successfully installed the loader software via DS...
