I built it up completely myself (the charts which are posted here contain wrong transparency colors), I have just taken the image size from the thread.
After creating the Image I converted it using tplconv.

i got the image from the chanSel.ash, but when i do all the changes and pack it up i still get a fucked up menu. is it because im using tga instead of bmp or jpeg?

Use BMP, 32-bit, no alpha layers.

I found out how to remove that lines running across the channels. I did it and the menu looks quiet now

You won't need to have SoftMii for this. I'm just using the SoftMii Theme Installer, nothing more
