i have the save files on the root of his dir of the card but when i boot up his wii and go to sd and the save data and is not there for some reason.

Well I think you just answered your own question. Dont put them on the root of the card.

most likely in whatever folder they were in when you moved them.. something like private/xxx/xxx/RZDE (for USA)

ok tried it still the same thing btw the sd card is fat 16 formated

try copying a save file from your WII and then see where it goes on the SD card from your PC and then place it there?
