When I use Part1 on System Settings (.cia) I get only 2 files:
SystemApp.0000.00000037
SystemApp.0001.00000038

Just use SystemApp.0000.00000037 the outer file some times comes out when extracting .cia files but it doesn't matter ignore it.

@UranusDarkness It should be "0004001000022000" & "9220"
Make sure you are running it as admin and have the latest version or else you will get this error. Go to the Gitgub page or whatever and check for updates.
