Backup is good, able to load the 3ds file from gateway and it launches with no errors.

I tried your zip file however I cannot extract it, gives me an error. :\ Not sure why.

Might have to unblock it. Right click > properties > press the unblock button > apply > ok

Just tried another backup that I know is good, same error as before :\ also tried running as administrator, same error :\

Hmm it MAY be because i zipped it with 7zip (not sure what you're using to try extract it).

Yeah opening it with 7zip instead of explorer worked, it also genned the info file... weird... Must be an issue with my python install?! x.x

Yeah must be an issue with your python install i guess.
I should share ALL of the scripts converted to exe i think, would save a lot of headaches for people who have issues with python.

I personally just use 3DS Simple CIA Converter https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-simple-cia-converter.384559/, create the nccchinfo.bin and use that with Decrypt9, then you copy the created xorpad files into xorpads dir.

I used this orignally but it wasn't adding all of the xorpads to ncchinfo, it was only getting exheader and exefs, not the rest :\ not sure if that could have caused an issue or not.

As far as i can tell it doesn't and these are all files you need. Everything installs and runs fine.
