Trying to Flash custom Rom on Moto X, but problems

If I remember right you have to go in wipe then advanced wipe and select Dalvik cache, cache, system and data and then swipe to wipe

How patient are you? First boot tak actually take up to 30 minutes (but that is absolute max). Are you flashing the correct rom?

I'm pretty patient at times, when I'm excited not really, and yes I'm flashing the rom, It could had just been me not waiting long enough, maybe

Try to flash the rom without gapps to see if they are the problem
if still doesn't work you can flash a zip to install the stock firmware, here's the guide
