Hardware Trusted places to get custom pro controllers?

I've been trying to look into buying a custom pro controller (Might wait until the holiday season).

Some of the mods I'd like and please let me know if they aren't possible would be...

A transparent colored shell and grips.
Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue colored buttons.
Colored lights inside the controller. Similar to Play Station and Xbox controller.
Lastly, a fixed D-pad

Right now I'm looking for a trusted source that might be able to make a controller just like or similar to my specifications listed above.
If anyone here knows any companies or people that may be able to make this controller please let me know!

Ask someone on Etsy to do it, lots of people making custom ones.

For what you are asking, you're going to end up paying about $200 or more for it.
