Gaming Trouble opening my PC

I'm gonna try to flash my Xbox, however when attempting to open my PC there's like a metal piece sticking out that's blocking me from opening the case. I honestly have no idea how to get around this/remove it, but does anyone have any ideas?

You can simply bend the metal enough for the panel to slide. It's just used for padlocks.

It usually bends, so you have to straighten it for the panel to get out.
